Our goal is to build long-term relationships with our clients, where they know they can rely on us to deliver quality.

We therefore only work with texts in areas in which we have expertise or that are easy to understand. This is why we don’t handle medical or highly technical texts in fields outside our specialist areas.

We don’t take jobs where we feel we cannot deliver a quality job, for instance if the client requires a turnaround time we could only achieve by compromising on quality.
